We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.

Room was clean and very nice! Very spacious, comfy bed and pillows. Liked the walk in shower that had a separate room for the toilet. Staff was very nice.
