"I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility. The staff were also excellent and helpful in every way - especially Lisa who I was able to talk with prior to our visit and several times during our visit. Her professionalism and customer service skills were excellent as were Ty's the one time we met with her. I was surprised at the lack of space once inside our room - there was no rack to hold my suitcase, so I used the desk for it and the chair for my tote bag. Fortunately there...

"We booked the same day when most hotels in the area were full. It’s in the heart of downtown. Easy and courteous check in process. The room was clean and the beds (although quite low to the ground) were extremely comfy. My family had a great night of sleep. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We had no complaints. Will use again. "

"The room was perfect. Not fancy, but clean and had everything you need. Full sized refrigerator, real 4 cup coffee pot, sink, 2 stove eyes, dishwasher and microwave. There were utensils and cups in the cabinets. Nice bathroom and shower. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The staff and owner were excellent. There were problems with my booking but they took care of them and provided me with reduced room rates for my troubles. I would certainly stay with them again."

"Check in staff was excellent! She was very nice and helpful! I was scheduled for a back fusion the next day. She was very accommodating with the shower and handicapped accessibility. I cannot get around well and it was super nice of her to make sure when I booked to answer my questions and she got me the room I needed! Room was clean, WiFi was great and my room was perfect at 75 degrees when we walked in. Thank you for this wonderful experience before a not so wonderful one! "
