"Nice location and home. very central location. walkable to many places. Safe location. Home was clean. One room AC was not working. We asked for 2 to 2:15 pm home check in (instead of 3 pm). We travelled from USA to Madrid, Spain. Host was not required but it would be nice if given home 45 mins early. "

"You need to have international internet service to get into your room. The sofa cushions were stained/dirty and the sofa bed mattress was of poor quality, very uncomfortable. Not enough toilet paper left in the room for 5 guests staying for 3 nights. When we asked for more, they responded by asking for permission to enter the room, which we did not see in time since we had no Internet service in Europe."

"My apartment was a converted loft area. If you are tall you hit your head on the ceiling. It is a well equipped apartment and clean. Good Metro connections lines 1/2 on the door step. Overall good value for money for short stays"

"We did a family vacation and the apartment was great! They were very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was nice and clean and well equipped. Comfortable too for the usual size of apartments in Toledo. The beds were comfortable and the area seemed safe with lots of things to do. The parking was a little nerve wracking because you get on an elevator with your car, but it’s a plus for Toledo to have parking available. I would recommend renting a small car for Toledo, and Spain in general...
