"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel.
Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel.
Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto...

"I was very disappointed in how I was treated. Upon my arrival I was not met with a doorman, or bellhops. There was no VIP checkin and instead of being given a Deluxe VIP room with seaview, I was given a room on the 1st floor with an obstructed sea view. I complained and the next day after 4:00pm my room was changed to the 7th floor with a sea view, and for this I was given a bottle of wine as an apology. Food is not tasty and the choices are limited. They also do not provide wash cloths, so...
