"We have stayed here many times, it has been a few years since being back ! I would say that they have let the complex deteriorate somewhat and its standard has certainly been lowered! Sad we really liked it here. Unfortunately we have planned and payed for another night before we fly out. Could be the last stay we have here, you really need to look at what you aren’t doing for your customers."

"鳥が飛んでいるので窓が開けられなかったり、窓に鳥のフンが付いていたりで不快でした。 また、アメニティも全くなく、紙コップが1人一個あるのみ、冷蔵庫もなく、夜お腹空いたなと思ってもBAR以外テイクアウト出来るとこは何もありませんでした。 また、自動販売機などもどこにあるのか全くわからず先に自分で用意してないと 水道の水を飲むことになりそうです。 朝食は色んなものがあり良かったですが、 コーヒーを淹れるのにかなり並ぶので、何台か増やした方が良いと思います。 私は10分待っていたが、結局豆切れで入れられなく、移動しました。 コーヒーメーカーの豆や水などなどは始まる前に確認して補充するべきだと思います。"

"Excellent rapport qualité prix en particulier les villas familiales. Je conseille de prendre la demi-pension car le buffet est qualitatif tout comme le petit déjeuner. Petit bémol : la piscine intérieure n’est quasiment jamais autorisée aux enfants. C’est très frustrant pour eux."

"No absolutely awful stay had to shut the door and slam it on every single room so whoever decided to leave would wake everybody up walls or paper thin you can hear poop slushing through the wall whenever somebody flushes the toilet, screaming and yelling all night had zero sleep the entire time that I stayed there wish somebody would have wrote a review like this so I would’ve known "

"Der Aufenthalt im Barceló Santiago war grandios. Ich empfehle selten Hotels weiter, aber dieses ist wirklich, nicht nur aufgrund der Lage, herausragend. Das Buffet ist toll mit abwechslungsreichen Themenabenden. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr bemüht. Der einzige Minuspunkt war im Zimmer bei der Duschwanne zu verordnen. Diese war leicht gelblich und die Trennwand war etwas undicht. Ansonsten sehr toll!"

"Lovely hotel. I would stay again definitely! They put some champagne and a mini cake in the room for my arrival for my birthday which was a lovely touch!"
