"Poor housekeeping standards. I arrived on Monday 10/26 and checked in to 3 successive rooms where all the beds had been made up with dirty sheets with hairs, debris, food crumbs, and a small leaf/ twig all plainly visible. The bed was clean in the 4th room although there were hairs on the toilet seat which I cleaned myself. "Great location, (MTA across the street) very comfortable bed, clean, spacious room, helpful, courteous staff, accommodating to our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a better coffee selection and real 1/2 1/2 (not coffee mate)and provide body lotion. We were very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family."

"I lived in Boston for 10 years before moving out of state. I visited for the weekend and BOY am I impressed! Everything was fantastic from start to finish! We had noisy neighbors our first night and talked to Shakira at the front desk. She was so sorry for our inconvenience and gave us free coupons for breakfast in their dining room! Despite the pool being out of service as well as one of the three elevators, it didn’t bother us at all because the staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you to...
