"The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. The free cookies are a big hit.
Housekeeping is available only on request, and the request has to be made by 12 noon.

"The property, front desk and valet staff were great. However, I was charged for Wi-Fi and Valet Parking....when both were included with my stay. I have left 2 voicemails and 1 email with the accounting/billing office but received no response. This is extremely frustrating and I don't think I will be back. There are many other great hotels in Boston."

"Great breakfast and cool vibe. Our room's heating system was loud and blew air uncomfortably, and there was a a leak in the shower stall as well as evidence of a leak in the ceiling. Needs a little maintenance. But the bed was comfy and the kitchenette useful. Staff pleasant and friendly."

"Last minute stay. Charged rate higher than quoted on phone. Expedia advertised rate was more than walk in rate yet said $20 less for members. Used $29 Expedia credit and still paid same as walk in rate. Amenity fee confusing. Really just forced parking charge. Room was pretty clean. Some hair in bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi too crowded to enjoy. Even though off season. Comfortable bed. Fireplace was nice. Street noise audible 24/7. Great location to walk to beach and restaurants. "
