"The hotel itself was beautiful! Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The beach was beautiful, clean, and easily accessible, and the pool was great although I do wish the pool water was a little cooler. 🏖️☀️
The food was okay quality wise, but I felt there wasn’t much variety, especially when it came to kid friendly options. One of the biggest downsides for us was that there is no room service or food available in the rooms at all. With little kids, this was definitely challenging and something I wish I had known beforehand.
⚠️ Important for families traveling with someone who uses a wheelchair: This resort was not very wheelchair friendly. There were areas that were difficult to access, so if you have someone with mobility needs, I highly recommend doing your research ahead of time and requesting a room closer to the registration/front desk area.
Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the beach was great, and the pool was enjoyable. Just make sure you know about the food options, lack of room service, and accessibility before booking especially if you’re traveling with young children or someone with mobility needs."
