"I liked how friendly the staff was. I lost my hearing aid at nighttime and two workers helped me, after hours, and one was the host/manager young man and the other was a older man who was a kitchen worker/chef. I found it back in my room, but there they were, with flashlights helping me and my husband. I really appreciated it.
