"Great Townhome for Families and a Convenient Orlando Vacation We had a great stay at this townhome and really enjoyed the property overall. The home is new, modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated having several bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the variety of bed sizes and the layout of the home. "I missed a day due to my canceled flight which means I would be staying 4 instead of 5 nights and I asked for a refund or to add that day but she was so rude and wouldn’t add the night it wasn’t even a day it was just half day because my flight leaves at 6am she said no is a no .while I paid her for 5 nights and got just 4 nights they are really not faire when it comes to canceled flights"

"The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia.
