"Wifi not provided and TV not working too very maintainace piwer disruption during mt 3days stay water supply not consistent until wash basin totally no supply and balciny slidding door cannot be lock fully there is a low party wall between roon stranger xan easily climb over entering my room i felt very unsafe i consult Expedia staff to complsin about these issue. Bedsheet and pillow case smell terrible. I will not be staying in this property even it is FOC."

"Very basic, sheets were a little stained and ripped. WIFI didnt work, cups in the room but no kettle just a hot water butt on the landing. OK location and could access the lake in a small area outside the hotel. Staff had no interest in helping, didnt even tell us WIF8 password (not that we could use it) or breakfast times. someone did knock "
