"I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. There were some staff members that were nice and helpful in other ways but this tax issue made our experience so negative."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the small, one-story cottage at the rear corner of the property, accessible through the beautifully appointed side courtyard. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived past the regular breakfast time because of flight changes due to weather."

"This hotel location is the best, you can walk to almost everywhere. Needs some improvements on ampliancies like refrigerators or tv. It’s not coffee machine in the room and you will receive a water bottle as welcome, but after that you will need to pay for it. Service is very nice and goes beyond to help, we are grateful to Felipe who helps us all the time. Security is one of the most important value on this property and make us feel comfortable and safe. The common areas are very comfortable...
