"The hotel is nice, newly renovated. It’s a bit difficult to find, especially at night. My biggest complaint is that there was never anyone at the front desk. I arrived at 9 PM and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The next morning, when I want to check out, no one was there. When they showed up, they were helpful and nice, but lack of staffing at the desk is problematic."

"This was a decent hotel overall. The best part is the location to restaurants and boardwalk. It was in South Boston the calmer side of Boston as North Boston is where all the action is with tourists. I feel the amenities could have been better considering you are charged a daily resort fee. The pool was a basic lap pool with no jacuzzi. The exercise area was small. We did enjoy the complimentary bikes which are helpful in getting around. "This was probably one of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed at. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked how close it was to Fenway and local restaurants."
