"A charming hotel in a great area of Chicago! We wanted something further out from downtown with more of a neighborhood feel couldn’t have been happier with Bucktown/Wicker Park and The Robey. From check in to check out, it was the most pleasant experience. It was 90+ degrees in Chicago during our stay and the rooftop pool was a lifesaver. "Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."

"Our visit to the Springhill suites was lovely. The hotel was in a great location. It was very close to the Riverwalk and within walking distance to the Navy Pier and downtown Chicago. There are plenty good restaurants within walking distance. The Breakfast provided was very good with many choices. We would highly recommend staying here when you are in Chicago."
