"Positives: Beautiful property. Good food options if you have breakfast included in your package. Lovely pools. Good customer service. Negatives: the bus shuttle was never readily available to take me from my room to the check-in counter or for breakfast. The property is big so the shuttle service should be improved. My air-conditioning was faulty and often times I had to call maintenance to fix it."

"Everyone was friendly and happy to help, making sure we have everything we need, even on the beach. The included breakfast was amazing with a beautiful view of course. One thing to note was that most shops on the boardwalk close down around 5, so if you’re not eating dinner at the on site restaurant (which was very good) be prepared to go out of area for it. All in all it was an amazing property and I would recommend!"

"I loved everything about this resort. As a solo traveler, it felt extremely safe and everyone was so friendly. The only thing I wish is for the room to have a full length mirror lol. Other than that everything was amazing. Super close to so many restaurants, nightlife, excursions, the beach, etc. Staff were on top of cleaning the rooms as well. I would say I didn’t get the complimentary wine that I was promised but that’s okay."

"My stay at the flamingo resort was excellent the room was clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming and I love the daily text messages checking in on your stay or if you need anything. The view was breathtaking especially at sunset. I will definitely be back. Plus lots of entertainment the drinks at the bar was good, and free laundromat."
