"Lovely kid- friendly hotel. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was food was quite good. The pool is very nice and unusually warm - in a good way. One thing that was a slight problem was, in the room, it wasn’t equipped with the necessary in the kitchen area; no cutlery or bowls at all. The restaurant was excellent; breakfast good. ( there is a pancake machine!) Ideal for going to Disneyland. Hotel very busy - there was no availability to extend check out, which was unfortunate. There were some...

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in.
Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready.
Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "
