"The hotel room is painted black and low lighting so without the curtains open and daylight hours you couldn’t see very well. The shower head was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor with no shelving to put soap or shampoo. NO elevator so luggage had to be carried up many flights of narrow dark stairs, ok if you only have one small bag but we are travelling for three weeks and had 4 piece's of large luggage at 50 lbs each and my husband couldn’t believe it! "Lovely breakfast, everything you could wish for in a continental breakfast and also beautifully laid out, the food and tables. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Lady who laid out food etc was lovely."

"I’ve stayed here twice now and would highly recommend this hotel. It’s lovely. It’s a boutique style. Rooms are decorated lovely, chic. Bathroom has an excellent shower with Rituals amenities. Free Bottled water changed daily, had housekeeping every day. You can open the windows!!!! allowing a nice fresh breeze into the room. It’s very clean, staff excellent. Location perfect just off arc de Triomphe with the metro a 2 minute walk. Try it, you will not be disappointed."
