"O quarto não corresponde ao anunciado, muito mofando as paredes, ar condicionado com cheiro ruim, não havia condições de abrir as janelas porque estava emperrada tivemos que deixar a porta principal aberto porque estava muito abafado. Chegamos de madrugada eo chuveiros demorou mais de 40 minutos pra esquentar, o piso estava muito sujo. Foi a pior experiência que ha tive em termos de hospedagem. "

"This is my second time staying here while on vacation. I was a little nervous as I am from Canada and I don't speak any Portuguese. Igor at the front desk was amazing. He speaks very good English and went above and beyond for me. The one night that I was not able to see the people I came to visit Igor gave me a suggestion for supper and helped me order it. "The hotel itself it’s lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that is very, very far from the downtown so it takes a while to go anywhere near the city and it can be expensive. "
