"Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming."

"First morning the waffle makers (both) weren't working. The eggs didn't taste very good. In my opinion, the breakfast wasn't that great. Room was okay, but pipes made loud noise when taking shower."

"Everything was great! Only complaint is that I found a hair in my bed under the pillow and the night stand needed to be wiped down from whoever stayed before me. Not deal breakers, but definitely things one notices. Other than that the property was great and I’d stay again due to the location and ease!"

"The hotel was run down, old and in a very bad neighborhood with homeless People lying on the pavement outside of the hotel. One worker at the desk and the restaurant closed during the day. They also charge $29 a day for parking. The rooms are horribly decorated and old. I didn’t not feel safe staying there with my son. We switched to a beautiful hotel 15 minutes away that was less per night"

"Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. "

" I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater"

"You get what you pay for. Property had questionable guest. I belive it's home for many individuals there. Also FBI was there in the morning with a squad . Registry was being reviewed. All the best"
