"Our stay was perfect in every way. There was a mix up in our suite but they overly compensated by giving us two rooms and a daily credit. The bell staff were very helpful and we never had trouble getting a cab or directions. The hotel itself is in a prime location, just a few blocks from Times Square and many attractions and restaurants. Overall we were impressed and would enjoy staying here again."

"We really enjoyed our time there. We were looking to do touristy things in NYC and its central location was perfect. Room was clean and well maintained. Restaurants and Starbucks in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. Perfect spot to stay if you are looking to do some broadway shows. The only drawback is that it is right next to time square, so the horn honking and noise can be heard all night, even on the 24th floor, but that was honestly a minor inconvenience. Would definitely recommend."

"The staff is great and super nice and the rooms are tired. Easy things could be done to update…. New caulk in the bathroom, paint, etc. overall a cute place in a nice part of town. Close to mall and park."
