"I’m an allergy sufferer, so hotel cleanliness is my top priority — this one delivered on its promises. I messaged ahead to confirm, and the staff were cooperative and accommodating. Each floor has a water station, which was a nice touch. The whole front desk team — especially Drew, the front desk manager — was excellent. I’ll stay here again."

"Great location and room was fab. The walks a bit thin can hear noise from other room. Whilst there are coffee, tea and water facilities free on the ground floor a kettle in the room would be great. This would not however stop us staying here again staff were amazing. "

"The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it. "
