"It was the hottest days of the year in NYC and the AC units were down. The staff said nothing could be done as they were experiencing technical difficulties for over 4 days. Absolutely terrible."

"The room was very clean but rather small and only a view of the brick wall and windows.
It would have been nice to have a fridge you can ask for one but have to pay extra.
The elevators are slow and couple times one would not be working. It was a good location for us near the subway and buses. I would overall stay there again."
