"Perfect location and very nice lobby. Room was clean but a bit tired. Nice Lincoln Center views from our 11th fl room. The deluxe room is worth it for the larger size. Very tiny but functional bathroom. Peeling paint in areas. A/C was very weak. Pool on the roof is a bit of a joke. The size of a large bathtub. A decent hotel for the money, but definitely feels like a 3 star property rather than 4 star."
"The place is good and the staff are helpful and I did a complain about the door knob on the bathroom and right away they fix it. Except the elevator took so long, waiting time about 5 mins. or so. But everything else is okay.."
"We always stay at Park Central as it is conveniently located to everthing : food, shopping, main tourist attractions and subway. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a popular hotel with tourists, mainly with families. They don’t have a breakfast service or any big restaurant (they have a bar) but they have a small coffee/breakfast/snack stall open during the day for purchase of coffee at reasonable rates."
"The room was clean and stocked well with what we needed. The soaps and shampoo in shower was excellent and the water was really soft. The only thing was that our window could not be shut totally and the street noise came through."
