"We had a great stay overall. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, which was exactly what we expected based on the hotel's description and other reviews. That said, they were very well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The space was used efficiently, making the room feel functional despite its size. The staff was one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always willing to answer questions or assist with anything we needed. If you know you're booking a compact NYC hotel room, this is a great option thanks to its cleanliness, smart layout, and excellent service."
