"The location couldn’t have been more convenient, right in the heart of Times Square and close to everything. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, but what really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. The amazing staff and unbeatable location made my trip even more enjoyable!"

"Beware of extra charges, we were charged a mandatory 20 something USD per day for resort fee. We got a bunk bed, the room is small but clean. Enough space on the floor to fit 2 carry on bags. Hotel is in a good location, a bit old but not bad"

"There were only 2 negative things about this hotel. First the number of loud sirens at night. Secondly the VERY small room. Other than that the bathroom and personal care products were great and the need was very comfortable. The whole property is very clean as well. Located close to nice restaurants, time square, theater district and the subway."
