"This is a place where hookers hang out..and theres no parking"

"The service desk attendant was very nice and helpful. We ran into problems immediately unfortunately. The room we were given hadn't been cleaned and had a mess from a previous guest. The new room we received was better cleaned. However, the lamp shade was broken, the coffee maker was really dusty, and the wall paper was peeling in large sections. The photos taken of this place must have been from when they first opened because it does not look like that anymore. I feel like we were catfished. The two good things I can say about the hotel are that there weren't any bugs and it was in a good location. We will not be back to this hotel though."

"I stayed with my two friends at this hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days in a two-bedroom for a very reasonable price, including a good breakfast for a 3-star hotel (they served fruit, toast, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage and had a waffle machine). It was very clean. If ever the parking lot is full, which is probably often the case, don’t worry, we parked our car under the bridge close to the hotel for free and had no issue (no theft, vandalism or fine). It was very easy to head to downtown NYC (an average of 30 minutes that felt like 20 minutes). Overall would highly recommend."

"This small hotel is great. The only thing which may be improved is parking. There's a small garage conveniently located right in the property. However, if the garage is fool, then parking becomes a bog problems because of parking limitations, related with School busses and street cleanings. It would be nice it the Hotel arrange some parkings spot on the nearby streets"

"I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Brooklyn property. This was my first experience at your hotel, and it fell entirely short of acceptable hospitality standards.My concerns began at check-in when the front desk agent was notably unfriendly. Furthermore, a non-guest in a wheelchair was permitted to smoke cigarettes inside the lobby, filling the entire entrance with smoke without any intervention from your staff.The conditions worsened inside the room. I discovered a cockroach infestation, which was both distressing and deeply unhygienic. The room layout was also poorly designed; an oversized red desk chair completely obstructed the minimal walking space, making the environment feel cramped, unsafe and restrictive.Upon checking out, I reported the pest issue to the front desk. The clerk’s reaction lacked any empathy or urgency, as they dismissed the issue by stating they would simply inform maintenance. This indifferent attitude felt dismissive and discriminatory, giving the distinct impression that customer care is compromised based on the demographic of the neighborhood.Due to this severe lack of cleanliness, safety, and basic customer service, I will not return to this property nor will I recommend it to others. I expect a formal response detailing how these issues will be remedied."
