"Upon arrival the toilet was gross, not sure how housekeeping missed what we saw immediately. Also the shower/tub didn't drain normally. The fridge in the room was turned off when we arrived, when we turned it to medium cool it froze everything in it. Staff however was great and responsive to anything we needed!"

"Excellent customer service, my room was clean I felt like it could’ve been a little more vacuumed I found some hair and such other things. But other than that it was well cleaned. I didn’t like how thin the walls were my room had a connecting room so my neighbors were asking me to hush although I wasn’t even loud. I could hear everything in the hallways but overall it was a great stay. Drinks and appetizers were well to my likings"

"Fantastic Stay Near NYC — Highly Recommended! I recently stayed here for a vacation and had a wonderful experience. This hotel is a fantastic find if you are looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable place to stay while visiting the New York City area. • Check-In: The check-in process was super quick, smooth, and hassle-free after a long day of travel. • Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. • Amenities: The breakfast provided a great start to our mornings with plenty of good options to choose from. • Parking: Finding reliable parking near NYC can be a nightmare, but the parking here was easy, secure, and offered at a surprisingly cheap rate. Overall, this hotel offered amazing value for the location. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to the city!"
