While the room was clean, the basic amenities were poor - a lamp that once turned on, couldn't be turned off all night. "My husband and I stay here overnight. I have to say the customer service was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The set up of the room was perfect. The ambience when you walk into the hotel is a good vibe the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome we had a great day the only thing missing was that there was no iron to iron your clothes and Parking was extremely hard other than that. I think we had an excellent day."

"Nasty odor. Rooms were dirty the floors were gross. Dirty bathroom with rust. Hallway was dark and smelt like smoke/ hella perfume to cover the smoke smell. Overpriced price where meadowlands is cheaper and way more upscale. Never in our life's had we have to switch hotels due to false advertisement. This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. We want a refund . We did not stay here!!!"

"I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants."

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

"Don't book here- rooms smell like mold and the bathrooms also have molds in them. We had to get another hotel because of how bad the smell was. Looks nothing like the pictures."
