"The decoration of the hotel is on the verge of tacky/cheap, seems like a missed opportunity - that is of course subjective (to a point). I stayed in a spacious room on the ground floor that looks onto to the pool, with a little terrace area. The layout of the room works well. That said the noise is the room is quite bad, you hear noise from the room above you surprisingly loud, and you also hear noise from the corridor which accesses the main restaurant, and bathrooms. "The hotel is about 10~15 minute walk from the city centre. In the other direction you can reach the train station and bus station. While it is within walking distance, it is better to use taxi if you have luggage. It is clean and well-maintained. A safe is provided in the room, despite it is not mentioned in the specification. There is no coffee/tea facility in the room though. It doesn't have a restaurant for lunch/dinner but does provide sufficient space for breakfast. There are enough choices...

"The staff has no courteousy whatsoever and the bed was absolutely uncomfortable and the bed sheet was not clean at all. They even haven't heard about empathy and far away from providing customer service. All they look for is your $$ Again this my opinion and you can give a try and stay and see how awful they are"
