"I liked the location staff were friendly very polite the historical part was very well kept. I didn’t like the room it was in need of some repairs doors didn’t close well fridge broken shower rod was broken."

"Helpful receptionist who actually gave us a better room than I’d booked. Explained parking well. Suite was nice but windows didn’t block out the noise of the building works across the road which continued into the early hours - needed my ear plugs! Otherwise everything else was fine."
