"I booked this location with the impression that the amenities will be available and it wasn't. Pool was open but dirty and gym was close till 7/31 which if I was informed on time I would've look someone else. Communication should be a plus,especially when people are saving money for travel or daystay Amenities for us is a plus , it was too late for us to schedule elsewhere due to the time and date of the year July 4th However the location had a lot of parking space. "Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant."

"The entire place was dirty and smelled dirty. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless you requested it be done. Once you arrive at the airport you have to call the motel and request a shuttle come pick you up."

"The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well"

"1. I slipped and busted my knee outside of the public bathroom across from the pool area. The bathroom is next to the lobby. Absolutely soaking wet all over the floor. Very slippery even with regular sneakers on. 2. I requested an additional pillow for my bedroom as there were two adults and only three small pillows.
