"For $211 I would think I would get a room that the air conditioning unit doesn't have its control panel smashed out with the knob sitting on top would also expect everything in the facility to be well maintained it's the little things that make a big difference."

"I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty"

"The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the elevators. There were 2 but only one was working. It was very slow. We were there for a soccer tournament in the area so there were a lot of kids & families staying there. One elevator was not sufficient."

"This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!"

Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."

"Property was clean and cared for, however carpet in room smells. It’s generally like this in all hotels and don’t know why they all don’t change to bare floors. So much cleaner. Carpet just accumulates dirt and smells."

"Absolutely nothing to like about this property I couldn't get in it's posted to be vacated even after the people who work for this hotel posted that it was taken care of it definitely wasn't it's very difficult to get in you have to let them know 24 hours in advance and it's very. seedy and gross"

"The property is clean. I did not use any ammentities. The room was really clen and appeared to be newly updated. The only issue is the shower draing really really slow. Within 1 minute i was ankle deep in water while i was showering."
