"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room."

"It was a good place to stay...a good location. I did not appreciate I could not lower the room temp less than 68 degrees. The occupants the floor above were noisy. It did not subsided even after filing a complaint with the desk. I used the microwave to warm leftovers my last morning there...thank goodness. A sensor was defective resulting in the microwave inoperable. The bell would sound every two minutes. I could not turn it off and quickly became annoying."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and amazing. Came in town for a wedding. Not only did they accommodate a one hour early check in, they personally called us to say our room was ready. Exceptional customer service."
