"From the moment you walk in the lobby the vibe is fresh and positive. Nick is fun and informative. Rooms are clean and spacious, dock to fish off of or just relax and enjoy the breeze is right past the waterside heated pool. Great place to get away and relax, but close to Publix and DD also."

The hotel was in a convenient location and the room had everything we needed, except towels and toilet paper which we had to ask for. "I was not aware that they charge you 25$ a day for security deposit for your length of stay. They don’t refund it for 5-8 days. So, I paid 75$ as I was there 3 days. Had to get the manager to get our room cleaned. Unaware that they clean every other day."

"Breakfast is always good at birdies. However if you’re in a bind and getting ready to tee off , it’s not a quick option. Staff everywhere is great,lobby bar always a good choice for pre dinner drinks or post. And before heading out on the town. "

"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....

"The biggest surprise was the tile floors, shower, bathroom facilities plus bedding... All new and clean!. Really all of it was impressive for a small metro motel. It's a port town, but we followed Expedia's recommendation and we're pleased we did."
