"Very clean rooms. Amenities were suitable. Breakfast was great. Kleenex in the rooms was as rough as sandpaper. Otherwise a delightful stay. I really liked the ice water available at the main desk."

"Rooms were very cute-- there's a disco lamp! Rooms and state of the parking lot were very clean. A/C worked perfectly, and the water ran hot. Wasn't expecting complimentary sparkling water upon arrival, and the lobby was even cuter than the rooms. It offered plenty of space to hang out as well as board games and even bikes that you could borrow at your leisure. Very impressed by everything offered despite not taking advantage of it all. "The property is very rough; threadbare, stained, shabby. Furniture in our room was really disgusting. But the bed was clean and comfortable."

"Couldn't sleep due to the terrible racket the air conditioner made all night long. The telephone did not work, I finally found that the headset cord was disconnected. One of the main lights kept blinking on and off. the shower head was not working and only spit a small stream of water. No alarm clock. ROOM 106, I would never recommend this to anyone."

"So the Washer failed when I was there and wouldn't accept coins. The Front desk person did refund the lost change, but I was able to make do without the washer by washing the clothes myself and using the dryer."

"This is our "go to" hotel when we need to get out of the heat in Phoenix. Great, friendly and very helpful staff who actually got us a room at a great price last minute. We love the indoor poor and spa, that is the best way to relax after a day of hiking. 4 minutes to downtown Flagstaff, there is very little noise and rooms and facilities are very well kept up. "The only issue I really had is that the room was warm and didn’t stay cool. The air conditioning was set where you could not make it cooler than a certain temp. I like sleeping in a cool room so with this issue I didn’t sleep well for the 3 days I was there. It all and all it was a nice place to stay."
