YES ,it seems pet friendly , but building 4 is in a part of property that looks run down and scary at night. Feels isolated.

Oakland Airport Executive Hotel
The property is listed as having airport shuttle included whxih is why i booked there. They do not have a shuttle service. While the room was nice, the lobby, elevator and hallways were unkempt and a bit scary. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and there was no heat or working air.
