There is no washer. We had to take our laundry to a laundromat because we had relied on being able to do a load or two.
There is no housekeeping at all. We were given a set of towels per person for 9 days. I would not recommend staying here for anything longer than 2-4 days."

However, maintenance wasn't great: the closet door was broken when I arrived (it was repaired during my stay), a chair had a broken leg, and the remotes for the air conditioners were intermittent (low battery?) "Nicely kept. Staff extremely helpful and friendly . Gym is adequate . Love the steam and sauna room. Minutes of a great strip on canal with tons of restaurants. Walking distance to trains-trams. You can walk to the Duomo and most of historic. Put walking shoes on as it's an easy walk but a solid 30 mins or more but a nice walk. Would stay again "
