"Family of 4 with 2 young kids. We stayed for 2 nights for an event locally. Overwhelming pros: Easy location to get anywhere around Chicagoland and suburbs. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I needed some stuff printed at 2am and during the day - done with no hesitation. Immaculate rooms with clean linens and prompt housekeeping. Top place! "This is a bare bones hotel. There is nothing provided in the room except a bar of soap and a few towels. Good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner. There were not even and curtains and the blinds were broken in our room (they were missing the turning rod you use to close them) The staff is also not onsite 24/7 which was a first - I have never seen this at a hotel."

"Room didnt look like it was cleaned as the mirrors were dirty as well as the top of the dresser and side table and desk. Microwave and mini fridge also were dirty. Exhaust vent in the bathroom was also nasty. Linens were stained. Bed was super hard, camping in a tent on the ground wouldve been more comfortable than the bed. There was thumping all all hours from the neighboring rooms. Hallway areas smelled horrible as well."

"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."
