"Hotel easy to find. As you drive up, the grounds are spectacular. The hotel was beautiful, polite staff, food fairly priced and good. Our room was cleaned & when we returned it was spotless with a beautiful fragrant. So nice. I recommend the Bannertyne hotel highly. Thank you"

"The good things were the bedroom was big and roomy and staff were friendly and helpful. The reception is up a flight of stairs and no lift for luggage in fact no lift at all working in building. The bedroom had lots of plus points, storage, large comfy bed but net curtains were marked and hole in main curtain. There was a safe in the room but we were advised it should have been removed as they were no longer working. The breakfast was adequate but just that, staff did get non dairy milk for me...

"The propert is very well located and the owner very helpful when we checked in. I have sent an email to the hotel and never received a response - very disappointing. The property is old and the musty smell when entering is quite strong. The room is quite as is bathroom.
