Convenient location, pool was great for some Vitamin D therapy, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I usually do not sleep well away from home but slept like a baby for a full 7 hours!

We had a great time visiting family in the area. The hotel staff was great. They’re very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. Also Sam’s club is across the road within walking distance. Thank you everyone at the Town Plaza and Suites. We loved it!

Check in was not what we expected or reserved. Main reason for booking this hotel was there was an outdoor pool. It was closed upon arrival! Was given incorrect room, and was told that they were sold out. No compensation or concern whatsoever, just, sorry! Construction going on next door with open access for workers to this hotel did not make me feel safe or comfortable. There is also an open parking lot near by that we heard garbage trucks every single morning at 6am! The ONLY thing that made this week acceptable was Crystal from breakfast! She was an absolute joy to be in the same room with. Her exerburance for life was contagious! This hotel needs to all take note of her personality and customer service!

The Towne Suites in Cookeville was an excellent accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The room had everything we needed and the shower was so awesome!

The staff were helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast attendant to housekeeping. The breakfast offerings changed slightly during our three-day stay. We didn't need housekeeping, but they delivered clean towels to our room after I requested them in the corridor. The kitchen was fabulous - it featured a mini dishwasher, a set of four dishes, a two-burner stovetop, and a good-sized fridge-freezer.
