"The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue ”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays."

"This location is not the greatest… it is decently far from the nearest train station and uber drivers often got confused where to pick up and drop off. The barn door on the bathroom was falling off the hinges. Shower was incredible and the soaps smelled amazing. Funny smell in the room that lingered. The lack of amenities was what we were most surprised about.. for the money, this did not feel like a luxury hotel as advertised. It is quite dated and therefore, misleading. Walls are also paper...

"The hotel was hard to find since the sign was covered over and didn't have the new name of the hotel. It's a bit out of the way, other that that we had a comfortable stay with a decent bed and nice bathroom. The TV should be replaced, it was small 20 or 32 inch model from a decade or two back. We wanted to watch the hokey game, but it was too frustrating with the small size and black dots on the screen."

"The staff were great, rooms were nice and location was great as we were attending a show at the convention centre. The Brazilian restaurant attached to the hotel was incredible. Only downside was the lack of food in the restaurant. We ordered breakfast on the first morning and it was awful. You could tell it was just microwaved, greasy and not very warm. For such a large hotel, it should have a better place for breakfast."
