It was a cute little lakeside motel - I ended up unplugging the fridge because it was making a noise that was keeping me awake and I wasn't using it. Convenient to where I wanted to be, easy to navigate to the place, and every interaction I had with them by phone or in person was perfect.

It was clean and perfect for a one night stay. We made last minute plans to visit Cooperstown and this was the most decent price, ( In season hotel and motel prices are ridiculously expensive) and this close to town . The View of lake from the room was very pretty. We could sleep with windows open it was very refreshing. We walked down the path to the lake. If you kayak or paddle board this is perfect.

Property is great! Room clean, amenities stocked, ample close parking, nice lake view. Internet is a little spotty, but you can walk up the hill a bit and be fine. We'll stay there again the next time we're in the area!

Simple basic room with partial view of Otsego Lake. Convenient parking at the door. Not far from the Fenimore Art Museum. The preset alarm went off before I was ready to wake up so staff needs to make sure it's off for the next guests.

Property is dated and the showers are extremely tiny. There was mold on the shower curtain. The rooms had an odd smell that was probably because of the rug and age of the property. Room service didn’t clean room even though we put the sign out like we were told to do when we left at 6am.

Stayed for the week for Dreams Park tournament. Nice, quiet little motel 10 minutes north of Cooperstown. View of Lake Otsego out of back window. My wife and I had a terrific week. Only downfall was the shower - very tiny but got the job done.

Room was impeccably clean, although I killed two flies immediately that were lingering at the window. I had a beautiful view of the lake, which I walked to and enjoyed the peaceful scenery. The only negative was that the shower was so small, that anyone larger than my petite 5'2" body frame would have a difficult time washing their hair or thoroughly cleaning themselves. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was nice and neat. It was just smaller than I expected. I could hardly turn around in the shower because it was so small. The staff was very helpful in helping us get around town and finding eating places.
