"Staff were great but property management needs help. Arrived to room that was not cleaned. Bathroom dirty, leftover food, I complained and staff moved us to new room, so hauled our stuff to new room. Got settled in and fired up laptop, no internet. Trudged up to office (place is huge, like a football field). Staff nice apologetic moved us to a new room. Grabbed our stuff and hauled it to new room up by office. Got comfortable and crashed. Got up next morning and found the refrigerator and microwave not working. Have a pet we're there for another night and day need fridge, complained, staff moved us to new room. Did I mention this place was huge. Fourth time was a charm. But I was beat. Other that the rooms (all 4) were large and pretty comfortable. Phones didn't work, but everyone has a cell these days and also couldn't get TV to work but again, laptop. So maybe a glitch and staff was great. Just not very relaxing."
