Complete bait-and-switch. Do not stay here. The photos online are entirely different from reality. They advertise beautiful riverfront rooms, but then they place you in a completely different location with no view at all. On top of the major misrepresentation, the room didn't even have basic amenities like coffee or tea sachets. Total scam—avoid this place.

Would not recommend this place, especially when you are traveling with children. This place is right aside of the road, very noisy at night. Too expensive for what they offer.

This hotel was clean. Good water pressure. Little kitchenette which i did not use. It is on a main road that does seem to quiet down later in the night. It is a nice inexpensive room. Be warned that the rv park is not one that people come and go. These people live here. It is kind of an eye sore; but i met some nice people who live there. Don't let what you see run you away.

Shower head was pretty low, I had to crouch down while showering. Beds had huge divots in mattress. An employee (?) or possible RV guest was yelling profanities for over an hour out back.

Inside the room was brand new everything. So even though it's an older motel, once you're in the room, the decor was actually quite lovely - the little touches like the dresser and toilet paper holder, the quality of the shower curtain - all really good quality. Loved the kitchenette. Parking spots were a little tight length-wise for our truck. There was a step to get into our room.

My wife and I were very hesitant when we first arrived. The trailers in the park around the hotel were in pretty rough shape and there very long-term. So much so, that I would be surprised if many of them were road worthy. Despite this, the room was old but well maintained. Everything worked including the internet which I found is quite rare among the hotels in the PNW. It was really nice to have a little kitchen in the room.

Pictures were deceiving. 49-64 are the real look of the rooms. Smaller than it appears and there is no water front view. But it’s clean and updated. Fair for the price.

To get it nice and deep but not overflow it takes 2 tanks full but I feel it was worth the wait. The bathroom is beautiful and the jets are super relaxing. It was quiet and peaceful and felt very private and welcoming.

Our room was amazing, you can tell they are newly remodeled. The only complaint i have was the bed was somewhat uncomfortable, but other then that plan to book a stay with them again.

Plainview Motel RV Park consists of various locations. I have stayed in a room in the motel, which is across the road from the bay. This was a cramped, suboptimal room in a strip motel. The place I stayed in last night is operated out of the motel office. It is WONDERFUL! My husband and I rented the bottom floor of a 2-story duplex, which was located on a quiet, dead-end road and right on the bay. It consists of a huge space which is cleverly and artfully partitioned into livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. The gracious bedroom and bathroom have doors. The bayside of the house consists of a wall of windows and glass doors, so during the day the space is bathed in light, and you can watch, from the sofa and easy chairs, the tide ebb and flow. The kitchen has full-size stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and complete table settings for 3. Cooking utensils, pots and pans are modestly serviceable - what you might expect from a bnb. Perfect for breakfast, which is all we ate there, from the bay-view dining table. There was also an outside patio, overlooking the water, with lots of chairs. Bed was very comfortable. Sheets and towels were good, though it would have been nice to have extra blankets. I plan to stay there every time I visit the area.
