We did not want sand in our vehicle so a property with beach access was a MUST. The room was as clean as it could’ve been for a beach hotel. "All around wonderful hotel!! From check in to the courteous staff, to the clean rooms, the spacious pool area (the pool itself was a tad small) but they had fresh towels out there, music playing, and a kiddie pool. Breakfast was also wonderful, with literally all kinds of yummy options. When coming through Rockport this will now be our go to hotel! And we've stayed at several in the area."

"This was my second stay…and my LAST! These guys tried to charge me $20/ per room to check in2 hours early 2 rooms they said were ready. When I refused and came back in 2 hours, they claimed the rooms were not ready. We had to wait another hour. There are other and better hotels in the same price range. This one sucked."

"If you want an affordable stay, I recommend this place!! We had five rooms for my family and me and it was a good experience for the most part! The hotel would benefit from adding an outdoor shower because the bathtubs are likely damaged from the sand (making some of them a bit unsightly) but everything functioned fine. The rooms are nice and big and I believe most come with a sleeper sofa so a double queen room can really fit at least six people, which is great. The staff is very nice and...
