Nice Hostel

Had the pleasure of staying one night at Globenhagen Hostel and it was a great experience, nice rooms and very clean everywhere. Can only recommend the place and will definitely try to book the place again in the future.

One night stay

A short 1 night stopover in this hostel ., staff member at reception was very pleasant and gave details very precisely ., room was for 4 people large enough .. bathroom and shared shower facilities on same floor and were sufficient . Overall it’s a well run hostel with a good transport links to travel the city 👍

This was my first time staying at a hostel and I was beyond pleased with my stay. All the facilities were very organized, the bedrooms were clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. There is also a bus stop less than 5 min away, so it’s easy to move around the city. The area is very nice as well, lots of restaurants and bars around it. Definitely consider this hostel if you’re looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation.

Great hostel

Really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed here solo in a mixed dorm for 3 nights, all my other room mates were friendly and respectful and I felt really safe. The hostel has great facilities and is in a perfect location for public transport links. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and the bar is incredibily reasonably priced for drinks and snacks compared to others in area as it is a non profit. Would stay here again and would recommend to others. Thank you!

Great hostel!

This is a hostel, make no mistake. But it's location is perfect, right across the bridge from all the action and everything you'll want to go see is less than a 30 minute walk away. Including an awesome market with smorgasbrods! The place has a cute cafe you can use if you need a place to sit before checking in. The rooms are small, but clean and the bathrooms are convenient, clean, and everyone is very respectful. The service is great! Great hostel!

Pros: Affordable and in a neighborhood with cheap bars and food options. Kitchen was useful. Cons: Check-in is at 3PM and not at 2PM, as stated in description. Option to deposit the bags for free after checkout on your last day helps.

Worst hostel in Copenhagen

Stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. This is one of the bad ones. No lockers in the room, showers work poorly and toilets not clean.

I am so pleased I decided to stay at this hostel. If you're looking for a community of welcoming people and are on a budget, this is the place to stay! It's only a short walk to the city centre and well worth it. Sounds from the street make for a loud Friday and Saturday night, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I stayed in a shared 4-person dorm and had no issues leaving my belongings out. Valuables were locked, of course. The only con is that the water pressure in the showers is pretty terrible.

Great choice for quiet backpackers

Pros: Great hostel for quiet backpackers and introvert travellers. The bar downstairs looks a foundation for a party hostel but the vibe is quite the opposite, everyone keeps to themselves. There is a 23pm curfew for the kitchen + living room so at night is a resting place. The volunteers seem relaxed and the atmosphere is chill. Location is great in the liveliest neighbourhood and close to Norreport station. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if I come back to Copenhagen. Cons: only 2 showers and 2 toilets for the whole 2nd floor, and the showers have motion sensors that sometimes don't work. Also, you have to carry the door card with you all the times for accessing the third floor where the living room is, the kitchen, the entrance, etc. and is a bit annoying.

Tiene solo un baño para todo el piso el hostal y eso estamos hablando de alrededor de 50 camas y tiene 3 regaderas. Aparte te cobran 35 coronas por las sábanas ya que la cama solo tiene un cubre colchón y edredón.

Bien ubicado y personal amable, la habitación de 6 personas estaba limpia y los que la usamos fuimos respetuosos con las reglas. No servían las regaderas y era un problema encontrar una disponible que funcionara.

Man hatte die Möglichkeit sich selbst zuversorgen. Es gabe eine Küche. Leider wurde von einigen Hostelgästen nicht die pbliche nachtruhe eingehalten. Auch fehlte es den anderen daran, ihr geschirr weg zu räumen, dadurch stapelte sichdas abgewaschene Geschirr am Waschbecken in der Küche. Mir hat es für meine Zwecke trotzdem gereicht.
