Large Apartment with Great Location

The apartment location is great, located at city center with walking distance to the metro, restaurants and tourist attractions but the apartment is quite old, a bit dark and some furniture must be replaced with the new one. Wifi is good enough, overall we satisfy with our stay.

Mitten im Zentrum gelegen, konnten wir alles fußläufig erreichen. Durch die Zentrumsnähe war es aber 24 Stunden am Tag relativ laut. Morgens Müllwagen, abends und nachts Gäste und Musik der umliegenden Restaurants und Bars. Mit Oropax aber gut auszuhalten.

NOISY!!! This place would be good if it wasn’t so noisy. You get the noice from the party people until 2am, then the trash/street sweepers/delivery trucks at 8am. Even with noise cancelling ear plugs, I could hear the noise from the street. The apartment is on a popular street, it’s a large apartment and an easy walk to the Norresport station. It has all new appliances except if you do laundry, there’s no dryer and no place to hang your clothes to dry. There’s also no wine opener and upon arrival, we had no toilet paper, no hangers and no paper towels. The management company is responsive and supplied the supplies the next day. Certainly not worth over 200 a night that we paid.

This apartment is not really as advertised. The internet DOES NOT work and this also means the smart television doesn't work. I book apartments with wifi because I have an online business, and I had to call them every day to ask them to fix it. They told me repeatedly they would send someone out to look at it, but they never did. In fact, they told me via email I should head to the local library to use their wifi. The apartment is in a good location but it's very loud. Only book if you want to hear people screaming and talking loudly all night. You could also bring a sound machine.

Shocking!

It was like faulty towers but worse. We arrived and found the place in what seemed like a nice shopping area. Then it went from bad to worse. There were only 2 cups in an apartment that only sleeps six, the Wifi didn't work, neither did the TV (not a problem, except we have a toddler so spend the evenings in an apartment when we are away). The dishwasher didnt work, not a problem, except for the fact there was also no hot water to the kitchen. The handle had been snapped off the washing machine (we were travelling with a child being potty trained). To top it off it is impossible to sleep, the was a lot of drunken squeeling every hour as various restaurants and bars closed as well as the road sweeper. We had to find ourselves a new apartment, eventually they refunded 4 nights but not the miserable night we had spent in an apartment that was no fit for purpose. To top it off Hotels.com issued us with a voucher by way of apology. We cannot use the voucher as does not work in our local currency, so not an apology more of a slap in the face.

Great Location But Lots of Issues.

The apartment is lovely in terms of style etc. and in a great location but we have a long list of things that didn't work or were broken. And if you are there on the weekend, be warned, it is very noisy. The WiFi only worked some of the time, the washing machine handle and toilet seat were broken, the bathroom sink blocked up, the blinds don't work, the TV worked on the first night but not at all after that, three power points didn't work. We booked for five people but no linen provided for our fifth guest and the shower was really grubby. They were semi-responsive to our issues but not much changed. Comfortable beds and great location as I said but attention to detail was lacking and some extra effort to make sure things work and are clean would make for a much more enjoyable stay.

Excellent location to see the sites in the city centre. Plenty of places to eat within 2 minutes. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well suited for cooking your own meals. Staff quickly responded to our questions via email. Minor issue with street noise due to garbage pickup around 7 am and local resaurants nearby but nothing annoying and all is quiet after 10 pm (22:00). If back in Copenhagen again, i would book this place again.

I wish I could have left a better review.

Excellent location, excellent apartment - the only thing that made me not leave a glowing review of this place is that it is extremely noisy at night (all night), as it is situated very near nice restaurants and bars. We were also left in the rain for a period of time since the key was not in the lockbox at the time we arrived. Apart from these two things, this would have been a fantastic stay. All in all though, we still liked Denmark very much.
