Overall good stay! Spacious apartment however our bathroom could use work. Some mildew build up not removed during cleaning and cracked tile on floor which was sharp when walking so had to be careful. Otherwise staff was extremely friendly and happy hour drink before and after dinner included was a nice touch.

We had a great time! The apartment was pretty new and well organised. The breakfast is organic and the coffee was really good. Nice staff & great hotel at all. You can easily walk from the hotel to the city :)

L'appartement (#252) est très grand et confortable. Le lit et la literie impeccable. Par contre, le système de ventilation de la cuisine ainsi que la salle de bain sont très bruyants. C'est un système automatisé donc il est impossible de l'éteindre. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, je ne recommande pas de réserver les appartements car le ventilateur a tourné jusqu'à 10h30pm un soir et très tôt le matin aussi. Pour le reste, tout était impeccable.

My husband and I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel/apartment! I loved the cleanliness of the room, the washing machine, the balcony, and its perfect location! We truly appreciated the free wine Happy Hour each evening as well as the free tipples at night. An unexpected treat! The staff were very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing organic breakfast, fresh smoothie and barrista coffees. The apartment was spacious and clean and even had heated tiles in the bathroom which was a nice addition! The kitchen had all necessities for cooking for our stay. The hotel had ammenities including a free laundry room with washer and dryer, gym, common areas and even including a wine and spirit hour for guests each night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance from all landmarks and shopping in the area. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was great, good location, quiet area, walkable to the main areas. The staff was great and communication style was kind. It offer some unexpected complementary services such us wine in the late afternoon that brings people to Seat together in the main area of the hotel. We would definitely book agin and we would recommend to stay there

Das Appartment ist der perfekte Ort für eine Woche in Kopenhagen. Die Lage ist super, in nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Einkaufspassage. Das Hotel und die Appartments sind modern und in einem tollen Zustand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Good location but room was very dark and felt cramped (we were on the top floor with slanted ceilings and only 2 very small windows). A couple of the lights didn’t work and bathroom mirror was completely unusable as the room was so dimly lit. Furnishings okay but not super comfortable. One odd thing was that they were going to charge if you didn’t do the dishes before checkout! I feel like they should be doing ALL the dishes between stays to ensure proper cleanliness for the next guest. Happy hour was a nice gesture but wine wasn’t great. And lobby coffee was terrible! Lobby had lots of seating and happy hour was well attended (crowded) and very noisy. Also, the elevator was so small and would alarm as “over weight” anytime ANYONE got on, even if there were only 2 people, forcing us to use the stairs (5 stories) quite often. I wouldn’t likely return. I think there are better options in Copenhagen.

This was a fantastic boutique hotel! I loved my room which was a suite with a kitchenette. The renovation was done very beautifully, with Danish design woodwork throughout. I read some of the reviews stating some cleanliness issues but I did not encounter that at all. My room was sparkling clean! The bathroom was ultra-modern and beautifully designed. I loved the fact that it was in a central location, yet on a quiet street which was not far from the central train station (around 13 minutes' walk). One highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which was all organic and served in the connected Vaekst Restaurant, which was an absolutely delightful little restaurant with a greenhouse-inspired design - if you are a plant lover like me, you would absolutely love it! Breakfast was truly outstanding - lots of choices and extremely high quality. BUT one thing that the hotel website didn't tell me was that, the Vaekst restaurant was actually a Michelin Guide restaurant - I had an absolutely amazing 3 course dinner there at a reasonable price!!! It was certainly a highlight of my Copenhagen trip! I would recommend this hotel/restaurant to anyone visitin this beautiful city!

die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen, wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß vom Hotel/Apartment aus starten können. Metro ist ebenfalls nur 10min zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing und viele viele Lokale und Restaurants in naher Umgebung

The room design in a converted building brilliantly retained a lovely bay window; the kitchen amenities are cleverly done and extensive. The bathroom is spacious and modern; the beds were comfortably firm, with typical duvet bedding. The hotel offered good "happy hour" wines and the staff was unfailingly friendly, competent and helpful, especially Ofelia.

Location is excellent and overall this was a great place to stay. We paid extra for the breakfasts in advance and glad we did; it was good an enough to choose from. The staff were very nice and friendly, but they were unable to fix two different broken lights we told them about. We were in the 5th floor which wasn't good because some of the walls were sloped to form part of the ceiling. I need to move the bed just to get in one side. This would have been a 5 if we were on a different floor and everything worked in the apartment.

We really liked the happy hours. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would say, though, the room could be a bit cleaner (microwave had not been cleaned, dusty in places) and if it was any warmer (it was 21/22c) outside, an air conditioner would be necessary, which the room did not have. But the layout of the room was great, as was the supplies (coffee tea milk).
