Bedre rengøring. Vi fandt glemte solbriller bag en stol, så det tydede på, at der ikke var blevet støvsuget der. Køkkenet var snavset og ovnene var ikke rengjort. Der var rester fra de forrige lejeres mad. Sengene var fine og gode. Der var god plads på begge soveværelser.

Dårlig rengøring. Støvet og et af af soverummene var med så stor mængder støv omkring sengen, som jeg aldrig havde set før. Der lå chokolade og håndklæde under sengen fra tidligere lejer. Køkkenfaciliteter var defekte og ikke rengjorte. Ellers en super beliggende, træls at hygiejne var så dårlig.

Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received I am unsure if this can be looked into during your stay. If you need any furtehr assitance please do not hesitate in letting me know!

Don't book! We arrived at the apartment to find the bathroom was tiny with the a shower that required you to shower over the toilet. The shower had plug sockets in it which is a major safety concern and a light above it, again this is not safe. The shower was falling off the wall and the shower curtain was disgusting. The bathroom is extremely impractical and when you shower the whole bathroom is soaked. The pictures of the property on Hotels.com have now been updated to show the bathroom situation however they have only been changed to show the full bathroom since I complained to hotels.com as the original ones purposely did not show the shower over the toilet. The kitchen is tiny and appliances dirty. Communication from the property owners was non existent, even though the property is described as having a 24 hour hotline. The rest of the apartment is nice, the beds are comfy and the decor is good however could do with touching up as some scrapes on the wall, curtain in the first room dirty. The bedroom as you come in is next to the building entrance therefore when people come in to the building you can hear them talking and going up the stairs. Location is excellent. However, I would not recommend this property solely due to the bathroom issues, cleanliness and safety are ignored by the owners who can't seem to be bothered to help guests and sort out these problems. Do not book!

Internet fungerte ikke, og de svarte ikke på min email om når det ville bli fikset. De svarte heller ikke på min email om hvordan de evt. ville kompensere dette. De har fortsatt ikke svart meg.... Beklager, men dette er for dårlig! Flere dører var vanskelig låse. Vil bo et annet sted neste gang jeg er i København.

Overall I was incredibly disappointed with my stay here. From the moment I approached the door, I could smell strong cigarette smoke, which was even worse when I entered the property. This made the whole stay feel dirty and unpleasant. Actually opening the door was really difficult, and needed maintenance. The manager could not be bothered putting the info of the WIFI and password into the instructions and made me hunt around the apartment to try to find it, and then read the tiny writing on the back of the router to find 2 options for passwords. Then then it didn't even work. They said they suggested I get a sim card for wifi from a 7/11 which they'd reimburse me for. I tried to do that, the first sim didn't work, and then I tried another couple of 7/11 who were sold out of the other types. so in the end, after almost 2 hours of trying to solve THEIR PROBLEM on my holiday, I was still without internet. and THEN they never got back to me to reimburse me for the costs. I would never have booked this apartment if I knew it wouldn't have internet. And, although I was expecting the bathroom to be tiny, it really is ridiculous. Overall the customer service and care taken on this property was appalling. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay.
