"Room was DIRTY and the sheets were dirty and stained upon inspecting when we first checked in!! We did not stay, we checked out and asked for a refund and they denied my requested . My 7 month old was with us too."

I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! "

"Our room was very clean and quiet. Thomas at the front desk was super friendly and helpful."

"The staff is nice, stingy with the extra towels. Room was clean for the price, however toilet stopped flushing. Tv remote was broken had to go to the front desk for a new one. Ice machine and vending machine broken."

"It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio"

"I checked in late in the evening and only stayed one night. The AGM checked me in, she was very kind and attentive even though it was so late. I had a king room on the first floor, it was clean and comfortable. Room service knocked an hour before checkout to see if I needed anything before heading out. Checkout was also smooth and the morning staff was just as kind as the night before. I slept past breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food selections. I would stay here again and recommend. "
