"Bathroom bathtub gross, all mirrors cloudy and smeared i cleaned part of the bathroom mirror so I could see.myself. keurig very gross dirty backsplash ledge in bathroom never gets cleaned. Even after someone supposedly recleaned everything. Everything was still gross. Will i ever stay at this place again. Absolutely not"

"For the price, this budget hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel, and especially our room had a really strong, unpleasant smell. I’d describe it as a mix of leftover cooking smells, pet smells and cleaner that tried to mask it. It was unpleasant to the point we had to open the windows and run the fan. Also, the doors seemed to slam so there was a lot of noise from other people coming and going and we could definitely hear our loud next door neighbors. All of that being said, it was very very clean and the beds and bedding were comfortable and the room had all of the needed basic amenities. It was centrally located for us and the area, while near the freeway, felt safe and clean. It felt a bit overpriced for what it was, but there were many many events in town (every hotel was sold out) so maybe it was priced higher than usual."

"No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker in room which is inconvenient for an extended stay. Restaurant on site for drinkable coffee but free lobby coffee was not worth drinking. Overall a good location and quiet room."

"This is our go to hotel. The kids really love the water slides and it’s a nice place to stay!"

"When we checked in we had a hand towel and a washcloth. There were long black hairs all over the bed. Spots on the sheets and not well made. Looked like sheets hadn't been changed for a week. I asked for bath towels and they said laundry would do some in the morning. My husband showered using hand towel and the tub was plugged and long black hairs came out of drain. I again asked for towels 2 more times and was told there wasn't any. There was only decaf coffee available. I laid down on the bed and had a bug crawl at my face. $400 a night and most terrifying experience of a hotel room I have ever had. The town was completely booked so I could not get a room anywhere else. Threw my suitcase and clothes away in case of bed bugs. Someone needs to do something about this place."

"They did not disclose that their AC was broken in the whole building. Why didn’t they tell us at check in? They knew and were not telling guests. We were on the 7th floor and our room temp didn’t go below 78. We were so miserable that we went and stayed at a different hotel our 2nd night in Billings."
