"This is a great little hotel, I stayed in a king suite, it wasn’t very big but it had a nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and stovetop!!! A recliner was a nice touch!!! The room and bathroom were very clean!! Will stay here again when in the area!!!"

"Everything was absolutely wonderful. It couldn’t have been any better, it far exceeded my expectations. Their breakfast that is included with fresh eggs and cinnamon rolls was fantastic but don’t forget about the snacks they have provided for you also. They came in handy with all of our hiking. "The curtains had holes in them. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets were old and thin. I feel bad with this review bc the owners were very nice. The rooms need updating. They also had a sign on the wall about if you didn't take your makeup off they would charge you for any stains. I find that so tasteless bc I had holes in my curtains. The shower soap was also watered down and the bar of soap was so tiny you wouldn't be able to use it more than 2 times. I didn't get any...

"We stayed 2 nights to go to Zion National Park. Breakfast was good. Room was big and spacious. Shower didn’t have a liner so water got all over the floor when we took a shower. We could hear people outside and next door at night. But not terrible for the price we payed."

"Loved everything about our well appointed cabin, the location and the view which was especially beautiful at sunset. The property provided a discount to the amazing and relaxing Zion Canyon Hot Springs directly across the street. Also, we discovered a hidden gem in the River Rock Roasting Co. next door. "Good location to Zion and it wasn’t dirty which are the two things I cared about the most. Check in and out was easy. Parking was convenient. AC wasn’t the greatest. The bed was okay as the bed was super springy and the blankets were extremely thin. I wouldn’t rely on the hairdryer here as it hardly blew any air. However it was a cheap place to stay."

"This property is always well maintained. The room is spotless. And the breakfast is different each day and always a great start to your day. The location is convenient to highway and Zion without all the traffic in town. This is our third year staying here and will again next year."
